Lucy Thomas was born in London, England in 1990. Growing up, she was surrounded by music as her mother was an opera singer and her father was a jazz musician. At the age of six, Lucy began taking piano lessons and soon discovered her love for singing.

Musical Career

In 2012 Lucy released her debut EP “Runaway” that caught the attention of audiences globally which led to collaborations with artists such as Redlight producer Daniel ‘Woz’ Wostenholme.

She continued to perform in venues across London while nurturing her natural talent for songwriting writing songs like "Melancholy Love". Shortly thereafter she did a cover of Portishead’s 'Glory Box' on soundcloud catching the ears of Billboard Magazine stating this rendition would fit nicely in slowed-down club sets everywhere starting to gain traction nationally with print publications like Wonderland Magazine dubbing Lucy "Britain's new Soulstress".

Her single “Always Love You” that featured female art collective GRL PWR rapidly spread amongst music press alongside festival appearances everywhere from Bestival mainstage to California’s Coachella first time ever performing live stateside.

With support from brands such as Converse & Audio Network offering placements , global recognition appears imminent through collaborations with Dodge & Fuski or local hero Scrufizzer on new upcoming project slated for large scale production.


Over the years Lucy has earned a lot of recognition from various media outlets across the globe.
